Our custom hand hewn faux wood beam is the fast, perfect solution for creating a rustic, cozy atmosphere in your living room, den, master bedroom or anywhere you can appreciate the old-world charm of hand hewn wood.
And the faux wood beam is even better than real wood. Made of tough, lightweight polyurethane, it’s cost-efficient and much more resistant to wear and tear than actual wood. Compared to wood, it’s also much lighter and can be installed in a snap without hiring a work crew.
The beams come in lengths of 192” (16’) and 240” (20’), but can be easily custom-cut to any desired length with standard woodworking tools.
Note: The Hand hewn beams may have screws embedded below the surface. We recommend using a hand saw (not power tools) when cutting these beams. You may find these screws with a stud finder. The instructions for installing the beams were easy to follow and the actual installation was very simple. The beams changed the appearance of the entire room and I love the hand hewn look. I would highly recommend this product and would use this company again...outstanding customer service.

I am very pleased with the ease of handling as well as how real the look. These beams where exactly the look I was looking for. I had one issue, upon arriving the box they were shipped in looked in fine shape so I did not open them while the driver was still there. When I did, the beam was smashed beyond repair about three ft from the end. Lucky for me I had one beam that was going to be cut back beyond that. So everything worked out fine in the end, and everyone who sees them love them.

The beams shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. Getting them up was not difficult, though it required a few additional hands. People have to touch them to believe it's not real wood. They look great and we're thoroughly satifsied.
