Faux wooden beams create an old-world look. Hand-distressed artificial wood simulates the rich details of a Mediterranean or Tuscan ceiling design at a fraction of the price or work of using genuine wooden beams.
More importantly, you have a variety of options to create the ceiling design of your dreams. These faux wooden beams can be ordered 3- or 4-sided and with or without endcaps. Even better, they come in two lengths – 16 ft. or 20 ft. – and in 53 different heights and widths. That's as close to true custom sizes as you can get without the expensive custom-sized price tag. Unfinished beams can be stained any color you choose or save yourself time and effort by picking walnut, cedar or oak-colored wooden beams.
Custom Tuscany beams match our Tuscany fireplace mantels so you can have a consistent rustic wood look. For a Mediterranean feel without hiring expensive craftsmen, Tuscany beams are the way to go.
Benefits of custom Tuscany beams:
Hand distressed for a more authentic Tuscan rustic wood appearance
As artificial wooden beams, they're completely maintenance free and resistant to insect and climate damage
Made of durable, lightweight, and high-quality polyurethane
Can be ordered as Class A Fire Rated using a Fire Rated Polyurethane Foam that meets ASTME-84 testing standards.
Available in oak, walnut and cedar colors – plus unfinished

Note: The Tuscany beams may have screws embedded below the surface. We recommend using a hand saw (not power tools) when cutting these beams. You may find these screws with a stud finder. Family room(Apr 23, 2014)
We knocked out some walls and raised the ceiling from a standard 8ft. The room is now about 32x20 with a vaulted ceiling and something was needed to bring warmth and to absorb some sound. The beams are perfect for both purposes.
Custom Tsucanny Beams(Feb 3, 2014)
Being a custom home builder I was intrigued at the possibility of using Faux Beams on a project but did not want to stake our reputation on it. When the opportunity came along to remodel our own home I decided to give it a try. Long story short, I could not be happier. Not only was the installation a breeze, the quality of the product is excellent and even upon close examination you would be hard pressed to tell it from a real beam. We will be using more of these in our homes.

French Country Feeling(Dec 18, 2013)
It's amazing the difference that three large Custom Tuscany Beams and Corbels, added in our great room, made to our new home! It truly gave the entire house an overall feeling of French Country - they just seem to complete it. We wish we would have added them alot sooner!

Beams(Jun 17, 2013)
Loved the beams. They looked real and gave a timber support look to our ceiling.
We needed a fix for the crack down the middle of our cathedral ceiling in our living room. The Faux beam was just the answer! Easy installation, quality product and GREAT service. Here are some before-and-after pictures.

Absolutely gorgeous(Feb 1, 2013)
I have attached before, during, and after pictures of my 1964 fireplace remodel. You cannot even tell it is the same fireplace! The beam is absolutely gorgeous, and anyone who comes to see it is amazed by how real it looks. Even though we ordered a 9’ long mantel, it was easy to install. I added a light coat of stain to achieve a darker look to match my décor, but I let some of the original Cedar stain show through. I am very pleased with the end result!
Thanks again for your wonderful customer service and amazing product!
