Description of Belmont Beams
The Belmont Foam Ceiling Beam has a very subtle graining to it. It also has beading on the corners for a clean sharp look. This beam is less rustic than most of our other beams.
To give our foam wood beams a realistic look, we take an actual wood master beam and make a mold of it. We then pour a polyurethane formula into the mold. This technique allows us to duplicate a real wood beam exactly. What you get is an exact replica of the original master.
Lightweight polyurethane construction means that this foam beam will stand up to wear and tear, deterioration, and handle pests and insects better than the real thing.
