Description of Faux Tahoe Beams
A warm ski chalet. A country kitchen. A high-end showroom. Tahoe beams add rustic charm to any interior or exterior.
How do we do it? Every Tahoe beam is modeled from a real wood beam which we axe hewed by hand. This preserves each tooling mark that gives the beam its character. We create a high-quality mold around the wood beam and later pour polyurethane into the mold to retain each characteristic of the beam.
The result is an exact replica of a real wood beam for your ceiling!
