Windswept foam beams have an appearance of a weathered timber that came off an old antique barn. To achieve this realistic look, great care is taken to select an actual wooden master beam and make a mold of it. We then pour polyurethane into the mold. The end result is an exact replica of the real wood beam. This process captures every nook and cranny from the original master. The results cannot be beat when realism is a concern.

Thank you for your super fast delivery (2-1/2 weeks) and I am extremely pleased with the product. I have been a lumber salesman and have sold both Chemcrest and Fypon products and your beams are FAR superior both in sharpness and depth of grain than anything I have seen and used. The attention to both grain, knots, and ease to cut are outstanding. I can almost guarantee that someone that sees my beams will want me to put some in there home and you can be assured that I will buy the product from you. I will send progress pictures as I go.

Company very helpful regarding samples. One phone call to the front office and I received (2) samples of different sizes which influenced my buying decision (for comparison purposes). Again, excellent product, great service and if I were able to put an image of my kitchen when job was completed I would (but I am not that computer savy to date)
Of all the products I investigated, this product along with the customer service, prior to buying the product (ie. samples provided) seemed to be the best product and once I received it and installed it, I made the right decision.
The Windswept Beams stained beautifully and installed a lot easier than I expected. I have received many compliments on how they look. I am very happy with my new room.
