Our customers say... "We liked these so much in our ski house in Lake Tahoe that we ordered more! Now, the downstairs area of our house is homier, cozier, and definitely more beautiful. These look great."
Corbelling is a classic architectural element that adds elegance to your project – both inside and out. Because faux hand hewn wood corbels are made of durable polyurethane and are resistant to weather and insect damage, they can be installed anywhere – from your living room fireplace to your front porch.
What makes the Hand Hewn corbelling unique is the way it's made. Like our other products, a mold is made from a piece of real wood. The corbels go one step further – before the mold is made, we rough hew the real wood using old-fashioned tools. These tool marks give the corbel its unique look. When we create the mold, the tool marks become part of each – giving it all of the texture and character of a real hand hewn piece of wood.
These corbels come in four colors – walnut, cinnamon, java, light oak – plus unfinished, and three sizes -- so you can easily find one for your décor.
All of our Hand Hewn wood products – beams, mantels, and corbels – are designed to go together, so go ahead and combine them in your home for a coordinated look.
