Description of Yellowstone Faux Wood Fireplace Mantels
The Yellowstone line is the Earnest Hemingway of faux wood beams. These fireplace mantel shelves have a rough-hewn naturally distressed look evocative of summers in Maine and winters in Mesa. A perfect addition to the study, lounge or office, it compliments Timber and Rustic faux wood beam products, which are so light you can complete most projects by yourself. Papa would approve. It's BYOB on the bourbon, though.
Our faux mantels are durable, but are for decorative use only. The mantels are not meant to support heavy weight. Due to our fireplace mantels being handmade, measurements may vary slightly.
Great product, looks and feels like a 400Lb beam and only weights 10LB. Only thing I would change is adding a larger cheat of 2X4 vs. 1X4. Extra support of larger cleat would be great. Other than that I would purchase again

The faux wood mantel worked out perfectly. Very light and easy to work with and hang. Staining it was easy, I went with a gel stain. Everyone that looks at it thinks it looks real and are amazed when we tell them its not.

We installed a Faux Wood Beam as a mantal to our stone fireplace project. Our friends and family cannot believe it's not real--they all have to touch it! It looks great and was so easy to install. Thanks.

I have got sooooooooo many compliments. Every one thinks it's real!!! It was easy to stain and is very easy to install. The delivery was quick and well boxed!! Will buy again in a heartbeat !!Awesome !!!!

The fauxwood mantel looks beautiful and was easy to install onto my newly constructed hearth. The wood stove area in my log cabin, is the highlight of my home! Many of my friends asked after seeing how great it looks & I was happy to recommend the FauxWoodBeams products!

Just received my fireplace mantel and the walnut color is very very light, not like the sample I received. Anyone else experience this?

The mantel we purchased was very well made and the install was so easy.It took less than an hour to put in.After adding a little more stain along with the stain already on the piece it matched our other wood perfectly. We will buy more faux wood products from FauxWoodBeams in the future.You will not go wrong with there products.
