Using the same process as a beam, they are created from a high-quality mold of an actual wooden plank and boast all the identical detail, warmth and visual appeal of actual wood without the downsides such as heavy weight or gradual deterioration. The pour of the polyurethane captures each detail of the original beam so when the two stained beams are side by side it is nearly impossible to tell which is natural and which beam has an unmistakable natural look.
