Shipping Quotes:
We are happy to give shipping estimates! Please click on this button and fill out the online form. We will respond via email as soon as possible with a shipping quote for you.
* Please keep in mind that these are estimates given to us by the shipping company and can vary from the actual cost of shipping.
** The quotes given by the trucking company are only valid for 10 days.

Shipping Terms:
All Timber, Rustic, Raised Grain, Rough Sawn, Woodland, Sandblasted, Chalet, Viga Beams and Real Wood Box Beam products will ship "freight collect". This means that the truck driver will collect payment for the shipping charge at the time of delivery. The trucking company will call you to make an appointment for delivery. We do not add handling costs. (Real Wood Box Beams have a $110 crating charge per order that is charged at the time of placing the order.)

All Windswept, Mesa, Tahoe, Regal, Regal 2, Belmont, and some smaller products will ship "prepaid". Once we receive the amount for shipping from the trucking company, we will run that amount on your credit card. We do not add handling costs.

Orders outside of the USA. All international orders will have customs clearance charges. These charges are to be paid by the customer.

Samples ship free within the lower 48 states. If your ordering a sample in HI, AK or outside of the USA, an additional shipping fee will apply.
Receiving Your Shipment:
- Please inspect your shipment immediately, carefully and thoroughly BEFORE signing for the delivery.
- You, or an adult whom you have authorized to inspect the shipment in your absence, must sign for, or reject the shipment.
- If for ANY reason you are unable to fully inspect your shipment, you must write on the delivery receipt "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION."
- In the unlikely event that your shipment is damaged, read and follow the directions in If Your Shipment Is Damaged carefully and fully.

If Your Shipment Is Damaged:
If your shipment is damaged, follow the procedures below. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE PROCEDURES MAY RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF MONIES AND/OR MERCHANDISE DUE TO YOU.

If delivered from trucking company:
If you find any damage to your shipment, you may reject only the part of the shipment that is damaged. Therefore, you ARE able to reject a partial shipment. Then contact us at 800-651-4223 and we will reissue replacements immediately.
If you find damage to your shipment, but choose to accept it anyway, you must have the driver note on the delivery receipt that the shipment is damaged and the driver must also sign the receipt. Then you must file a claim directly with the shipping company for the damaged portion of your order. (Damage to your shipment is the responsibility of the shipping company. FauxWoodBeams.com cannot file a claim for your damaged shipment – only the receiver [you] can.) Please keep any and all damaged merchandise as well as all packing material for the trucking company's inspector to see. Reorder on the website or call us at 800-651-4223.

If You Notice Damage AFTER the Truck Leaves:
If you notice damage to your shipment after you have signed for it "in good condition" and the trucking company has already left, you must then call the trucking company (within the same day) to request the proper claim forms in order to receive reimbursement. Please keep any and all damaged merchandise as well as all packing materials for the trucking company’s inspector to see. Any damage to your shipment is the responsibility of the shipping company. FauxWoodBeams.com cannot file a claim for your damaged shipment – only the receiver (you) can. Reorder on the website or call us at 800-651-4223.
BY CHOOSING FAUXWOODBEAMS, YOU ELECT TO DEAL WITH INDEPENDENT TRUCKING COMPANIES WHOM ARE FULLY INSURED AND WILL REIMBURSE YOU AS LONG AS THE PROPER PROCEDURES ARE FOLLOWED. FAUXWOODBEAMS.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERROR OR DAMAGE THAT OCCURS IN TRANSIT (WHEN IT IS IN POSSESSION OF THE INDEPENDENT TRUCKING COMPANY) AND THEREFORE CANNOT ISSUE A CREDIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT IN THAT CASE.

15-year limited warranty
Barron Designs Inc. (dba Fauxwoodbeams.com) warrantees all Faux Products to withstand normal conditions for fifteen years. Barron Designs (dba Fauxwoodbeams.com) warrantees the Faux Products will not peel, crack, split, or rot. Barron Designs (dba Fauxwoodbeams.com) warrantees against all manufactures defects. (Barron Designs must be notified within 30 days of purchase if a manufacture defects was found. Damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, fire, hurricanes, tornados, improper installation, improper maintenance, acts of God, or use of products not approved by Barron Designs Inc shall not be covered under the warrantee. Barron Designs Prefinished (Walnut) Faux Products (except Timber and Sandblasted Products) are stained with an exterior stain that contains a U.V. inhibitor. This prevents and/or slows down sun fading, but like anything left in the sun, some slight fading could occur. Barron Designs does not warranty against this sun fading. When Barron Designs has determined that a Faux Product is defective, it will replace the product or a credit may be offered instead of replacement (at Barron Designs' discretion). Barron Designs' liability is limited to the cost of the defective product.

Our Return Policy
At FauxWoodBeams, we offer products of the finest quality to our customers. They are manufactured using long-lasting materials and we carefully inspect each order before shipping. Any return must be made within 30 days from the day of receipt for an exchange or credit.
Note:
- You cannot return any products that have been cut or altered in any way.
- Only our "In Stock" items (Timber, Sandblasted, and Chalet products) are returnable. All other item are custom made to order and are non-returnable.
- Dye lot changes (color variances) are NOT a valid reason for returns. Due to differences in texture, colors may vary between styles of products.
- If you are returning merchandise because it was damaged in shipment, please read the If Your Shipment Is Damaged section above.
